The bronze forceps with arrow-head tips, far right, are medieval and date from 500-1600 AD. The bronze spoon, handle only, is probably Italian and dates from 1000-1600 AD. The bronze elevator is Roman and dates from 200 BC-500 AD. The bronze cautery (an instrument used to burn an injury to stop bleeding and prevent infection), far left, found in Roumania, is European and dates from 100-1400 AD., 6991339
