To drive the growth of our business in Italy we are looking for a
(Senior) UX UI Designer
m/w/d
Employment Type: Hybrid | Full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Your responsibilities
- Designing interfaces across multiple platforms – from web and mobile to apps and embedded software
- Independently managing work packages within the product roadmap
- Driving innovative, complex features with plenty of room for your own creativity
- Developing user-centered strategies and concepts with a focus on first-class experiences
- Creating initial prototypes to validate concepts
- Conducting research, user interviews, and usability testing
- Taking responsibility from concept through to the development handoff
Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with B2B and/or B2C products in dynamic, agile, and collaborative teams
- Very strong skills in UX/UI design – including responsiveness, UX writing, and design systems
- A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking – from early-stage research to pixel-perfect execution
- Experience working closely with development teams on cross-platform interfaces
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Proficiency in documentation, e.g., using Confluence and Jira
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
Bonus
- Experience with AI tools in the design process or vibe coding
- Familiarity with AR/VR, spatial UX, or immersive environments, embedded interfaces, and multisensory devices (physical interaction)
- Skills in 3D design or motion design
- Experience in co-creation workshops and facilitation with users or stakeholders
- Basic coding knowledge that supports close collaboration with the development team
