Build AI Solutions that Reach Clinical Practice
At FotoFinder, we develop world-leading imaging and AI-powered solutions that help physicians detect skin cancer earlier and improve patient care. As our AI portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an AI Integration Engineer who enjoys transforming AI innovations into reliable, production-ready software.
You will work hands-on with AI engineers, software developers, cloud engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into Windows applications, cloud services and mobile solutions. The role focuses on technical implementation, system integration and deployment rather than AI research.

Your responsibilities
AI Integration & Productization
- Implement and integrate AI models into Windows, cloud and mobile applications.
- Work with AI engineers to convert research prototypes into production software.
- Develop and maintain APIs and interfaces between AI services and software systems.
- Support integration with external partner solutions.
AI Platform & Integration
- Integrate AI inference services into existing product architectures.
- Implement REST APIs, microservices and messaging interfaces.
- Support deployment of AI services on AWS and container platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration and interoperability issues.
AI Operations & Deployment
- Support deployment, monitoring and maintenance of AI-enabled software.
- Optimize inference performance and system reliability.
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD and containerized deployments.
Computer Vision & Imaging
- Support integration of computer vision pipelines into production software.
- Optimize image acquisition, preprocessing and inference workflows.
- Contribute to AI integration for medical imaging applications.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with AI, Software, QA, Product and Cloud teams.
- Support technical planning and implementation of AI features.
- Communicate technical progress and integration challenges.
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, C++ or similar.
- Experience integrating APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Basic understanding of AI inference, computer vision and MLOps.
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting production software.
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on implementation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ONNX Runtime, NVIDIA Triton or TensorRT.
- PyTorch or TensorFlow experience.
- Computer vision or image-processing experience.
- Medical software or regulated environment experience.
- Experience with Windows desktop development and cloud integration.
Within your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Integrate AI capabilities into FotoFinder products.
- Support deployment of AI services across Windows, mobile systems and AWS.
- Implement reusable interfaces between AI and software components.
- Improve AI system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to the rollout of new AI-powered product features.
- Become a key technical contributor within the AI engineering team.
