IMCAS World Congress 2026 in Paris: Innovation, Exchange and Live Education

The IMCAS World Congress 2026 once again brought together the international dermatology and aesthetic medicine community in Paris. For FotoFinder, IMCAS was an important opportunity to exchange knowledge, present innovations and engage directly with physicians, partners and experts from around the world.

Over the course of the congress, our booth became a place for dialogue, hands-on demonstrations and in-depth discussions about digital skin imaging, AI-supported diagnostics and most of all, the innovation of skeen in dermatology.

Strong Interest in Technology and Innovation

Throughout the event, we received highly positive feedback on our technologies. Many visitors showed strong interest in digital total body mapping, mobile dermoscopy with skeen and AI-supported analysis – particularly in how these tools support clinical decision-making, documentation and long-term patient monitoring.

The enthusiasm for skeen was especially noticeable. Numerous discussions focused on its practical use in daily routines, workflow integration and its role in modern, mobile dermatology.

A special highlight of IMCAS 2026 were our two live sessions, which attracted a large and engaged audience.

In the first session, Prof. Michela Starace demonstrated how AI-supported trichoscopy and trichopatting can support more targeted treatment decisions. The live format, real cases and practical insights made this session particularly valuable for everyone interested in modern hair and scalp diagnostics.

The second live session with Dr. Ahmed Sadek focused on early skin cancer detection using AI-boosted diagnostics, total body mapping and mobile dermoscopy. His presentation clearly showed how digital tools can enhance clinical confidence and support early, informed decision-making.

We would like to sincerely thank both speakers for sharing their expertise and making these sessions such a success.

Collaboration, Feedback and Teamwork

Beyond the technology and sessions, IMCAS 2026 was above all about people. The exchange with physicians, distributors and partners from different countries once again highlighted the importance of collaboration and shared learning in advancing dermatology.

A big thank you also goes to our team on site, whose commitment, expertise and teamwork made this congress a truly successful experience.
